At FitSashWear, customer satisfaction is at the heart of everything we do. While we strive to deliver premium-quality activewear that fits your lifestyle, we understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned. That’s why we offer a simple and transparent return and exchange policy.

Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
  • Products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags intact.
  • You may request an exchange for size, color, or a different style of equal value.
  • To initiate an exchange, email us at info@fitsashwear.com with your order number and reason for exchange.

Note: Reverse pickup availability is subject to your location. If unavailable, customers may need to self-ship the item.

Return Policy

  • Returns are accepted only for damaged, defective, or wrong items delivered.
  • Return requests must be made within 24 hours of delivery.
  • A full unboxing video (from opening the sealed package to showing the product issue) is mandatory to process a return.
  • Products must be returned unworn and in original packaging.

To raise a return request, email us at info@fitsashwear.com with:

  • Order ID
  • Reason for return
  • Unboxing video as proof

Important Guidelines

  • Returns are not accepted for reasons like dislike of color, change of mind, or minor size concerns (for which exchanges are available).
  • No return or exchange is allowed on items bought during a sale, discount, or special offer, unless received damaged.
  • Once a return or exchange is approved, our team will guide you through the process, including pickup or shipping details.

Refunds

  • Refunds are processed only for valid return cases (damaged or wrong product) after inspection.
  • Once approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.
